Moderation blocks can happen due to a third-party moderation system detecting content that may violate platform guidelines. There are two common scenarios:
Case 1: Public figures or flagged text
- If your image includes a famous or recognizable person, it may be blocked to prevent unauthorized or malicious use
- If your text includes flagged words (even unintentionally), it may also trigger moderation
Solutions:
- For Advanced plan users: If you have the rights to use the image, you can request a manual review by our legal team
- For Enterprise plan users: There is an option to override moderation restrictions in certain cases
- For text blocks: Try editing or rephrasing to remove potentially problematic terms
Case 2: Offensive, sexual, or violent content
- Images or text that contain (or are flagged as containing) sexual, brutal, or offensive material will be blocked automatically
