How do I cancel my mobile app subscription?

If you subscribed to D-ID through the mobile app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly through your app store:

For Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Play Store on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap on Subscriptions
  5. Find the D-ID subscription and tap it
  6. Tap Unsubscribe and confirm

For iOS (App Store):

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and cancel your D-ID subscription
